BASREC provides a wide variety of steel work on containers that are both ISO9001-2008 and IICL approved utilizing a team of highly qualified technicians and skilled engineers.

The company specializes in working on thin steel with minimum distortions and has received a special award from the US navy in this area of expertise. Facilities include block fabrication and assembly on ships. The steel shop is equipped with bending machines, shearing machines, rolling machines and a comprehensive range of welding machines. Facilities are also available to carry out post-weld heat treatment for higher thickness steel. We have ASNT Level II qualified inspectors for a complete range of non-destructive testing such as the Magnetic Particle Test, Liquid Penetrant Test and Ultrasonic Test. Our team of highly qualified welders and fabricators provide all types of steel and welding works including SMAW, TIG, MIG and SAW.
